okay, there are probably millions of threads for this but i cant find them to save myself. I recently downloaded psp fw 5.02. I then discovered that you can homebrew your old ps1 games. so i blew the dust off my final fantasy vii, backed it up and managed to convert it into 3 pbp files. I did some searching and realised that i had to download some programs and bull crap. I've tried everything I can possibly find but nothing works like it should. even Pandora's fails epically. Perhaps i'm not doing it right or something. Can someone actually tell me how to make my psp run the game? Take pity on a noob and help me!!

i think you have to downgrade the firmware to 1.0 or whatever the original is hope this helps.

I just changed my motherboard over from my broken psp, its on ofw 3.80.

And yeah firmware 1.5, but it wont downgrade its software without Pandora's battery, but i think you need custom firmware to make Pandora's battery. its a vicious circle. I think my only option is to actually buy a Pandora's battery. Damn it.

buy a pandora and magic stick, or if u know someone w/ a modded psp they could make them for you.

once on 1.5 upgrade to a custom firmware ie; 5.01M33 (or whatever the current release is on that) never upgrade to original firmware from sony, it blows in comparison
