HI

I was thinking we could keep a seperate thread for the box-T and all other terrestrial boxes as the cable box people are making headway if we can keep this thread just for terrestrial boxes that way we dont have to sift through all the cable posts to find out what is going on. So as far as i can see we are waiting for a firmware fix/update so anyone with more info or opinions please post after this Thank you (but only for mmds terrestrial type boxes)

Hi all,

In Drogheda, have three Terrestrial Boxes and the same as the last post, I had RTE1 all day, RTE2,BBC1,BBC2,UTV,C4 and TV3 late last night. Still nothing else,

I have the Box-T, Dreambox 500T and the Eurovox TX working on three different TV's.

Here's hoping that the Terrestrial fix will be here shortly.

Thanks,
Pat.

Please don't post in caps, it's considered to be shouting.

Yes there has been fixes before, but you have to remember the signal only went yesterday. Because they are using the same change as they did in the uk the firmware was available for most of the boxes already, but nobody knew it would be the same change, so there was no point in trying to make fixes for just irish boxes.

If and when there is a fix it will be posted here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/722659

For the moment you will have to manually input keys, but we can't discuss them or give them out here, sorry.

Work around for T boxes is available by manually entering codes.
Obviously can't post codes here but they are available on net (check *removed* )
Hope i haven't broken any rules by posting this.
Mods feel free to delete if i have :-/
