Help - I ´m stuck with 20 frames per second

As some of my DVD´s are faulty, I am ripping them with Smartripper. After that, I am converting the vob-files to a .d2v prohect. When opening the vob-file however and save the project, the statistics window always shows a frame rate of 20.000 fps. The avi resulting thereof with the help of VFAPI consequently is not fluent, it runs very jittery - obviously, because frames are lacking.

What do I do wrong? Does anybody have the same experience? How do I achieve 25 fps. In all explanations I found over the net so far, the statistics window shows either 25 or 29.970 fps for PAL or NTSC.

Who can tell me how to achieve an output of 25.000 fps??
