i recently bought an XBOX360 from US, it was a holiday bundle and thus i got couple of games free with it. the games that came free were NTSC, later i bought Devil may cry 4 and it was PAL.
Now the problem is that i just bought a PGR3 and it again is PAL, but when i try to play it i get an error that DVD region isn't supported.
Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of this problem. as i am confused if it plays PAL for DMC4 then why can't for PGR3.
No matter if the box states "NTSC" or "PAL", some games are actually region free, meaning they'll play in both consoles, and some games are region locked.
That's not MS's doing. It all depends on whether the developer region locks the game or not. The only thing you can do is sell/trade the game for an NTSC copy.
