I was thinking about going down to 1.5 from my unedited 2.01 Japanese PSP fat.

But I just wanted to be sure, just in case I didn't like being at 1.50 anymore or for whatever reason I wanted to go back up to a higher firmware, could I do that?

I'm a complete newbie at this so I'm guessing if you can go down, you can go up too right?

Yes. Using a pandora set up, you can go to any firmware you wish.

1.50>5.00 or 5.00>1.50 if you wanted, whatever

Thanks for the reply.

One other quick question then. I'm still a newbie about this whole custom firmware thing. The big deal is that I'd really like to get a SNES emulator running on the PSP. I've been reading as much as I can about it.

But I've only just found out about this Pandora battery thing. Is that something I have to have in order to downgrade the firmware?
