Flashing 78k Hitachi Drive slight hiccup!!!

Hi guys wondering if anyone could help me. I have recently decided to flash my spare xbox 360 to use offline it has an Hitachi 78k drive and i have done all the relative research and gathered all of the software and firmware i will need. The problem i have is with some of the software i have got. The software in question is Maximus 360 firmware toolbox, i thought i would open the software before flashing to test that it works and i had an error message pop up and it wouldnt load this is what it said:

" Runtime error '339':
Component 'MSINET.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

To be honest i didnt have a clue what this meant, anyway i downloaded it again from a different source and got the same message up. Any help with my problem would be very much appreciated this is the only thing that is holding me back at the minute.

are you running it in vista? I actually have the same issue in vista. However, I also have a seperate partition which has windows xp, so I tried downloading it again in XP, and it worked.

Yeah i am using vista, do you know of any other software i could use to flash it or any way round this at all. I used to have xp on a seperate partition but got rid of it.
