hey there guys

Im new to al this modding stuff yet i took my wii to a friend and he did the twilight hack on it and it was working perfectly until my dad bought me the wii fit. now when i tried to play the game it ask me to do a system update yet I dont now what to do. I would like to restore my wii to its factory state yet i dont know whether or not its possible or if there is a fix to this. if you could help me i would gladly appreciate it
