Hey guys I just wanted to let everybody know that Office Max has 15 packs of dvd+r dl for only $14.99. I thought this was a pretty good deal and I'v made about 10 backups with them so far and NO COASTERS.
I enjoy picking things up in the store rather than waiting for the disks to come in from some website. (I hate waiting)

when i make games for friends i have a couple that i like alot and to save money i will use their disc to install to the hard drive then i will just use a cheapo to run the game

Well buy.com has a better deal anyway-- I think its $34 for a 50 pack w/ free shipping. At that price, compared to what I pay for verbatims, I can afford a number of coasters if I get them.

i had a sammy drive for 2 years and, i know everyone says they ruin your laser, and i said that too, but i ran several memosux discs on that console and it is still running to this day, i dont however own it, i sold it. :( bad decision. my lucky xbox. :(

I got a 10-pack of Memorex DVD-DLs at Radio Shack for $9.99 the other night. Not sure if it was clearance or what. Works great with my Hitachi 59DJ using the plastic square trick.

I'm on my second spindle of the office-max memorex 15 packs, burned about 20 games so far and no coasters, been playing pretty extensively and nothing going wrong at all.
