I know I saw this somewhere but cannot find it.

I want the benefits of the 3.4 update (new channels, SD read/write speed increase) but don't want the crap involved (homebrew blocking).

I know how to install wads, but I'm not sure which one's to install.
Also, where can I find them? No, not for download. I mean what game can I rip them from?

I have all the update wads ripped from Animal Crossing: City Folk. Are the wads I need in there?

Again, sorry if this is a very recent question.

I swear I had a link to a guide about this the other day but cant seem to find it now.
The fix is pretty simple. You have to install a specific IOS wad which isnt blocked because its from a game (it might have been from animal crossing but I'm not sure) and then all wads will work again and you can install a cIOS or whatever you want to do from there.

I'll keep looking for that guide.
