Starview cant find channels

Hi guys,,have a starview about a year old,, when i downloaded the latest fix it wont find the channels on autoscan,,i have tried all fixes but still the same,, think it is a starview 1,,any ideas,,,,,,,,,thanks

Don't think it's a SV 1 box ... know ... what does it say on the front of the box itself?

it has Starview,,digital receiver and then on the black panel looks like DV3

Press menu > system info & tell us what it says please.

are you sure you are scanning the correct provider?

thanks everybody for your help,,got it sorted,stupid little thing like putting the antenna cable into the wrong slot,,,,anyway thanks again
