from what i can tell when comparing two different movies, my rip vs scene rip, the only difference is the NVOP and BP options.

I use DVD Decrypter and AutoGK for conversion, but the movies i create will not play on my philips dvp642/37 player.

Anyone have any ideas for me to try, or settings i need to change....thanks

the other thing i just noticed, was under the c.S. portion, the Name on the scene relase is XviD 1.1.2 Final and mine is XviD ISO MPEG-4, is that the reason why it wont play on my stand alone?

Check for any QPel (quarter pixel) options. You do not want Qpel.
