2 Clone Starviews died - NOW FIXED THANKS

I've got a problem with 2 starviews, both died on the same day tried them in another house, who has a working starview and still not getting anything.
When they are turned on they just show updating, as soon as the menu button is pushed they lock up with a blank screen.
Tried downloading latest firmware (v1.5-257) just getting the same, any ideas?
