problem is that I have got as far as click the open button. I than click on red twice and then stand by,,,, then I get 'download not requested'.

First, make sure your box is on standby. i.e. the time is displayed not a channel number
firmware using the GREEN download option in the Loader

Have tried this over and over and still get the same responce "topcat96",. I have also switched the box on and off. The box had been working but put back to factory settings, would this be a factor?.

Thanks for the info "topcat96".
usb , I downloaded the fix on to the stick, I then scroll down to the fix box usb vi.06.r and click OK nothing happens. Would please guide me through this, or do I begin another tread.
