RemoteJoy questions

Hi All
I downloaded and setup RemoteJoy on the Psp/Pc and connected through IRSHELL, Everything worked ok, But the screen is very slow and is so slow that you cannot really use it for games or Video.

I am running the RemoteJoy on a Workstation PC with Dual 2.25 Xeon Proccessors with a 64 MB Video card and half a Gig of Ram in the Pc.

Is this PC spec too low for the RemoteJoy to handle??
