Wii can't read disk 001 error unauthorized disk

I have gone all through the Modding and extracting my Wii discs. I am only backing up my own discs. I have sucessfully burned and used Wii Sports / Carnival Games / Wii Play - but can not get many other to work on Wii. I have gotten all types of DVD's - --my successful games were burned on IMG at 2x on DVD-R Sony disks. I have repeated this process on many other games and can download them fine but can't get to read on Wii - get 001 Error unauthorized device found. I have tried Mario Kart / Guitar Hero - Aerosmith & World Tour / Spongebob just to name a few. Any suggestions.....I am at my wits end. Also - having trouble extracting date from rented games - is there anything different to do with these. Please help!!
