hi i have looked all over the interwebs for the latest guide on how to flash a 78 drive but all i find is how to flash it with ixtreme 1.3 or 1.2 could someone please give me the link on how to flash it with 1.5 or tell me how to????

i would but the ixtreme for hitachi isn't available yet, they said early january. but i am sure those guides are good guides, you just need to replace the file they are using with one that you want to use. the latest version of firmware toolbox is 4.6 that has the 1.4 firmware, just get slax 2.1 and get your drive in mode b for windows.

Thanks for the info, so 1.4 is the safest on xbox live?
