World first IXtreme fw for the unhackable Liteon drive!
Also for Benq and Samsung drives!


This has been a huge effort by everyone in Team Jungle comprising of the best talent in the world. It has been a privilege to work in the team which has enabled us to get to this point. Truly a worldwide effort and the greatest hack that i have been involved in!
The road has been a long one:
- getting the key serial output
- decapping the 1319L chip
- reading the embedded flash, very difficult!
- decrypting fw
- creating iXtreme
- creating Jungleflasher GUI+tools

Greatest teamwork eva!

I plan on doing this to update my 360, can anyone tell me if I am about to screw something up.

I followed these instructions for the firmtool:
Copied firmtool, original FW (renamed from SAM-OFW.bin to orig.bin) and hacked FW (renamed from Sam-CFW.bin to hacked.bin) to a USB stick (G:)

Opened Command Prompt and went to G: directory and typed "firmtool orig.bin hacked.bin (pressed enter and firmtool ran with no problems).

Then renamed hacked.bin to Sam-CFW.bin and flash with IPREP

Will this work? Thanks for the help.

Yeah, it wasn't directed at you, wiley. I was wondering why wilmero found the need to add to the clutter of iX 1.5 threads.

I do respect the fact that he may only be trying to help out, but with a simple glance at the first page of threads in this forum, one should be able to discern that another thread about this topic is entirely unnecessary.

Having multiple threads about the same topic not only wastes space and clutters the forum, but it makes it harder for members to get help or search for info.

Your post here, wiley, just further justifies my comment. By no means am I saying you shouldn't have posted your question here. All I'm saying is that if everyone had stuck to posting in one thread instead of starting new ones, then you would have more members seeing your question and offering help.
