USB TV Card problem running a 60mhz signal through it

Ok, 2nd attempt at this 1 pc connexant tv / capture card and a USB 2.0 Tv capture card

Problem:

Well as you might know Xbox 360 will run 50hz mode in colour through a capture card but games will only run in 60hz mode,
when i run 60hz mode it comes up in black and white or not at all,

What i need:

is to know how in the hell i get a capture in colour so that i can use my laptop to watch and capture the 360 signal in colour so i can create my clans playbacks in colour, and use my pcs connexant card to do the same.

SO:

do i need a certain card make? which one if so?
is there a trick to making 60hz run on a usb / tuner/capture card?
