i got my video card im keeping the 8800gt and my case antec 900 with 4gig of g.skill ddr2 800mhz

also is the volt to high for my cpu e6750 clock at 3.ghz
cpu volt 0.0125
mem volt 2.30
nb 1.35
fsb vtt volt 4%

cupz says core volt 1.352Vs

They're both very similar, the UD3P just has an extra slot for another graphics card. (You can only use single ATI, single nvidia or multiple ATI, not multiple nvidia)
