hey..i used to download with bitlord 80 and 70 kbs and know i got lower to 20..any ideas how to solve this?

More than likely just that torrent and what you have downloaded in relation to other peer's you're connected to or total seed to peer ratio. It's normal for me to see speed's from 5 KB to 350 KB on private tracker's. On another note, you might want to have a look at another client. BitLord is banned on private tracker's and just a ripoff of an old version of BitComet and all its bugs. utorrent is very light and popular, Vuze less so and need's java, heavier but a very good client with its own ip blocker from Bluetack plus both have forum's if you have any issues.
