EDIT: Jeez, if the store i bought this from had only given me instructions... It seems all I had to do was press the reset button twice to get it to boot PSX games... Oh well all is good now^_^ I'm so happy! I can finally play my Japanese copy o' Tales Of Phantasia! haha

Hello, I recently bought a Pre-Modded Playstation 2 slim SCPH-90006(I just opened it for Christmas). And I have a problem with it.
You see, all Playstation 2 discs play just fine, but when I try to play an original North American/Japanese PS1 disc, instead of booting like it should, it kicks me back to the memory card select screen. Trying to load the disc while the system is on just results in "reading disc" forever, with nothing ever showing up.

I'm pretty sure the chip used is a modbo 760. I haven't opened it up to see yet. But I'm wondering if someone might know why I'm having this problem, and could tell me what I could do to fix this. Thank you for taking your time to read this. I hope someone can help soon.
