I have some workout dvds that I've almost memorised, and I'd like to know how to capture the audio and burn on a cd so I can exercise with just a cd player. any ideas?

Insert the DVD.
Run DVD Decrypter.
On the top menu, select 'Mode' => 'IFO'
Select the 'Stream Processing' tab.
Enable stream processing - uncheck 'Video' - check 'Demux'.
Select an output path and click the green button.
The saved file will (probably) be an ac3 stream with the name VTS...VOB

Test the stream by playing it with your media player.

Insert a blank CD and Run Imgburn.
'Write Image File to Disc'
Click on the 'create cd cue file' icon.
Click on the browse icon and load the ripped .vob file (choose all files from the drop down menu).
'Quick o.k.' and select a burn speed then burn the disk.

Bear in mind that a cd is eighty minutes, so anything longer has to be cut from the ripped stream before burning.

Good luck.
