i think i might have disconnected the box during downloading the new fix and now it will not download anything at all it just keeps rolling on sky2 says i have 137 chanels and emu is on any help

try flashing it again. turn it off press download and then switch it on to see if it works.

turn it off at the back, press download and then after 2-3 seconds switch it on and wait to see if it downloads.
make sure the cables are tight and check the com ports.

tryed switching off from back pressing downloading and switching on get a flashing line going across the box it switch to on and the flash update failed in a box v403_051005 at the top in blue comes on computer screen

sounds like you have windows xp (good thing)
try using this loader and file if you haven't already http://www.4shared.com/file/77416059/19a...57__loader.html
and make sure it's definitely starview 2 (the box)

shaun you say you have 137 channels and its not showing any thing try it on Discovery Turbo or sly movies indie, a channel with the strongest signal and it should click in...

been waiting for new null modem cable downloading still no good still says flash fail can under stand this at all i think the box is finished any suggesting any thing is worth trying at this stage
