I have searched the forums, and have tried all of the fixes, but they seem to be unrelated. Here is my setup

Xbox 360 Pro
MS HDMI Cable / Seperate Audio Out
Audio is run through a dynex splitter (to allow switching between Wii and xbox 360 audio)
Audio is then run into Phillips DVD Player / Home theater system
Xbox is Falcon Chipset with Ixtreme 1.41 (BenQ)
TV is Mits 65734 DLP
Xbox is NXE dashboard

This happens on both original and backup games, happens when they are played straight from disk, or hard drive.

The audio "pops" every 10-20 seconds, fairly loud relative to the home theater volume. Also, the HDMI signal will "pop" and I have had it go out for 2-3 seconds.

I have another setup using the same xbox, but swapping the display for a Hannspree 28" monitor with built in speakers, running everythin through HDMI, and do not have this problem.

Any suggestions?
