I have searched and the only thing i found was what ryu wrote. Problem is unless your chinese it is hard to figure out those steps.

Problem is a got a 720p mkv file and used mtmuxer to create blu ray files. Once I played it I got a huge green bar in the bottom. I read that it happens because the size the 720p file which is like 1020 x 520 is not a blu ray resolution size. Only way to fix it is to enlarge it.

Can someone please explain how I can enlarge the resolution to a blu ray

Thanks

You will be adding black bars to all sides which will make your video look centered around a matte. Try using tsMuxeR and mux to m2ts instead, this way your video will fill the screen. This will not work if you need subs and/or DTS, DTS can be converted to AC3.
