can anyone help me out with this, i was watching some movies the other night, while doing so, i watched a normal dvd, a dvd+r, and was uploading a couple of movies onto the consoles hdd, well long story short we started watching dark knight, and started to notice a "snag" or slight jerk if you will in the video. the audio was perfect, no jerks or anything, so we went to the menu, did a system update, then went to video settings, from there we changed something that stopped the "jerking" in the movie?, but can someone help me out, i just want to make sure i have all the settings correct on my console, i live in the US, so region 1. my main concerns are the BD/DVD options in the menu, like the bd/dvd upscaler,bd/dvd output format,bd1080p 24 hz output(hdmi),bd/dvd dynamic range control,bd/dvd audio output format(hdmi),bd audio output format(optical_digital), & sequential playback. i am sorry for the drawn out thread, i just wanted to make sure anyone helping knew what questions i needed answered correctly, oh, and yes i am running a 1080p tv as well, and the ps3 is connected with a hdmi cord, trying to give as much info as well, if someone can help me have my setting set correctly it would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!!!!!!!!
