can anyone help.. please

i have a problem on vitualdub im getting an error when
joining to avi's. its keeps saying they have different audio sample rates, how do i correct this?

14451.00000 vs 41.66667 ?

Convert both to the same sample rate hehe. Preferably 44.1khz :-)
