Iextreme 1.4-1.5 - Bricked my Drive

Hi Guys
I was having iextreme 1.4 and decided to go for 1.5 for my Benq 6038 drive however I got excited and while reading the tutorial I was able to read my file successfully in iprep mtkflash but I forgot to use the firmtool and directly proceeded to flash my drive with new version of ixtreme.
I would really appreciate if someone can help me get back my xbox running as right now I can see that I have the new version of Iextreme but it will not read any discs. ( I think it has all to do with not loading a key file and now Im totally screwed and I dont know what to do)
P.S. I have my original saved read/dump file which contains my drive key...

Re-do everything again. Use firmtool with your orig.bin and the ix15benq.bin file and then proceed to erase the BENQ then flash with the "new" legit ix15benq.bin file.
