Help - Moved to a new area and Eurovox box is not finding any channels

Guys hope you can help

Box: EuroVox Max V
Issue: The box is not finding the channels since I moved property in a different area.

Steps:
1.Turn on the box ? shows no signal.
2.Menu > Installation > Fast Install > OK
3.It goes through 770 channels. TTP stays on 000 and Chan stays on 001
4.After a User Installation screen appears. It shows 31 CH Nums. Quality is at 16%
5.I have hit the red button ?Update Channels? ? No channels are found under TV and Radio. After going through the 39 Ch Num?s, I am returned to the User Installation screen. The quality has changed to 31%
6.When I exit out of the menu area - Channel not currently available is displayed


Other Information
1.The box worked fine at the old property for the past 2 years (last date 27/12/2008)
2.Vir**n broadband and TV installed at new property a couple of days ago.
3.The Vir**n TV works fine when Vir**n box plugged in.
4.I used an adaptor to connect the cable line and RF In line (at the back of the box)
5.I have since taken the EuroVox box back to the area where I previously lived and the box works perfectly.
6.The county I have moved to is Bedfordshire from Hertfordshire.

Hope this is enough information to help diagnose the problem with the box.
