Sharing by torrent ? for dummies (?)

I?m having difficulty finding easy to understand instructions on how to create a torrent file and post it at a torrent site.

I was reading the instructions provided by uTORRENT and got totally lost when they got to listing the torrent?s ?web seeds?. If I haven?t even created the torrent yet, how could their possibly be anybody seeding it? Am I supposed to list people who I believe will be seeding it in the future? I have absolutely no idea what I?m supposed to put in the box after ?Web Seeds:?!

I cannot possibly share anything with anybody (outside of LimeWire) unless I find clearly written easy-to-understand step-by-step instructions explaining what it is a person actually does to share his goods with other people through a torrent file.

For example, I was trying to understand some instructions on how to forward my ports and it said that I have two IP addresses. But it never, at any time, said which of the two is my actual IP address (the one I?m shown when I go to a proxy testing site). It?s as though the instructions were written for people who already know how to do the thing!

Anyway, I?m hoping someone can point me towards some clear well-written easy-to-understand step-by-step instructions on how to share my goodies with others via torrent files.
