Hi all, I've been searching the forums for an answer, but can't seem to find it.
In November Virgin updated channels, up till then my eurovox was working fine. Since the update I have tried updating channels, but all I get is "bad or no signal" message, the Virgin box works ok.
Can anyone advise me what to do please.
