Hello

I recently got my 360 flashed, and I was wondering if it's safe to update the game when I play it for the first time. I don't want to play multiplayer and run the risked of being perma-banned, but is updating the game through xbox live safe?

just update it. you're going to get banned eventually anyways, regardless if you update the games or not.
