SAMSUNG P2 MP3 PLAYER AND XBOX

I just bought my daughter the samsung P2 music player and when we conncect it to the xbox to play the music it only plays the first 6 seconds of each song. I have updated the optional media player through the marketplace, games ad ons etc., completed the download and it still does not work. Does anyone know if the player is just not compatible and still waiting for a fix or am i doing something wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Mom trying to help kid... :)

Hello i am having the same problem as you, if you do find a resolution to it please could you let me know. I have been on the phone over 3 hours contacting xbox support and none of them could help me.
