iprep 101v008.5 beta+1.5fw/xtractor reader problem!!!

hey new here...

alright im using winxp and a via raid, i have the xtractor , use it to power my drives, like most of you who have it, i have a new benq, used the xtract. reader to find the drive which it did came up as fdd0, i make the boot usb works fine on reboot, iprep loads and i follow the directions example type...<dBen ******* *****> directions come up about resending mtk it was just flashing the set of codes for five minutes so pressed either enter or escape i dont remember, it asked what port atapi wa on i coudlnt remember so i put 0 it said error ben-***.bin not found no atapi device present. so i rebooted started over no after i type in <dBen ******* *****> it comes up with the menu and when it tries to read the drive it automatically goes to ben-***.bin not found no atapi device present instant, what do i need to do????? xtractor reader can find it, but i prep cant , i dont want to use a older version of iprep because i want to use 1.5 fw.

anyhelp would be grand.
