The program was working fine after it analyzed teh dvd it would eject the disk and tell me to insert a new disk to copy, now after it analyzes it says back up complete and doesnt eject the disk or even allow me to make a copy. It saves it to my computer thats it. Can someone please help

Sounds like you changed the target device.

When you click back up in Shrink in the target device tab pick you burner under 'select back up target'.




Sounds like you have Nero so for those files already on your hard drive use Nero Express>Video Pictures>DVD Video and add the folder the movie is in.
