Lite on trouble

i currently have my ck3 and lite on drive hooked up to my computer, the lights are on, the eject button seems to work fine.. but still im not finding my drive in i/o port in jungle flasher.. i did originally have trouble with installing the portio32 drivers and have only just installed ck3 drivers w/out a reboot. i dont think its my sata card as ive used it many of other times on older boxes.. any ideas welcome, cheers

so when you have the drop down menu for looking at the ports, none of your sata ports are showing up?

alot of ports showing up, but non detecting a drive or displaying lite on properties

start from the bottom and go to the top. Check to make sure that they say sata in their properties.

13 ports with type sata non reading anything under drive properties

you are sure you installed the drivers for the ck3 correctly? And did you also install the .inf file for portio from maximus's website?

ok now its working :) thank you.. just tried key reading first time, got warning key doesnt look good, i assume i just keep trying?

yeah, just try it again. I had issues with that, and then I had to reinstall the maximus drivers for my xtractor. But then it worked fine.

ok so ive reinstalled all the drivers (ck3 and port32io) but still getting key 00000000000000 which says could be due to tray not being half way out properly, but repeated over and over and over with tray in various positions with no joy. how exact does this have 2be?

I just had mine sticking out like an inch and a half or so.
If you aren't able to dump it with jungleflasher. Try doing it in dos and see how that works.

Ill ask here first before starting a new thread.
i was using jungle flasher originally, had problems getting key, finally got key, found out i was following a tutorial that was known to be wrong, changed tutorial followed that up to mtkflash32 tab, erased my drive, went fine, got the details it said i should in the box, clicked Write to finish it off & kept gettin mtkdevice failed or jungle flasher would freeze or even freeze the whole of windows..
so i was left with a erased drive and no way of flashing. after hours of then trying with dosflash to restore the drive, finally got somewhere and believed i had it done, rebuilt xbox only to find its not even showing a picture on to my screen let alone playing back ups >_>. im also struggling to find one of my other hard drives on my computer, you reckon this could be something to do with whats happpened or just an oddly timed coincedence?
sorry bout the lengthy post, well done to those who read it all :D.. any help?

what, now your 360 isn't showing any video? That has to be wrong. Because regardless, even if you somehow messed up your liteon (which most likely could be easily fixed) your 360 should still output video, atleast of error messages.
are you using a via card? And did you read my post recently on what I did with 1.5 to flash a liteon when jungle flasher froze for me? It's in the ixtreme 1.5 thread (the big one).

no guesswho i havent read it, hard to find anything in that thread anymore, will have a troll through it.. yer its as if the vid cable aint plugged in or summat, just not gettin any picture at all ^o)

ok been through it and that is EXACTLY what happened to me, id erased the drive and jungleflasher returned 0x72, but id already made my dummy.bin with jungleflasher &that had my key etc ready. except when i dosflashed and put my box back together, im gettin no picture. but it must of worked as it not ejects the drive, where as when erased it obviously couldnt...
ever since the jungleflasher problems ive now not been able to open it, with error portio not installed, even after ive tried removing-installing..
any ideas bout my other hdd?

here if your having the same problem as i did this should help you put the drive half way look at the red mark if that doesnt work then just leave it a little bit sticking out ...
