Homebrew on 3.4 Wii

I had homebrew before, but then I got rid of it because I wanted to install wad files. I did install a couple of them. I want to play a wii game and heard that you need homebrew to download the files to the system to play them. I did that. I then tried the zelda hack to get back the homebrew channel, but it stops with a (error-104001028 installing ticket) It asks me to return to the Wii menu. Will I be able to downgrade or install homebrew channel to my system? My system has A Wiikey 1.9 as well.
