Audio Sync - Watch closely and it's off a "fraction"

I use DVD Shrink to back up all my movies. They play perfectly in my DVD ROM drive in the PC. However, I watched "very closely" looking at the lip sync with audio as I played it on the set top player. I noticed a very slight sync problem in certain parts of the movies. I mean "slight" ..the kids did not notice.

Has anyone seen this before after doing a straight back up using Shrink > Hard DRIVE > DVD-R.

It's strange as the back up is obviously fine because it is sync'd perfect when I play it on the PC. Therefore the back up is flawless.
Any thoughts ..much appreciated.
