i'm getting this message when i try to back up a copy of "lara croft-cradle of life" i have been given as a present. I have tried to copy all the files in the video_ts folder by hand to my hdd but then it comes up saying cant copy file. any clues how i can get around this?

have now sorted this problem by running dvd thru dvdencrypter first and got perfect results.....thanks for checking in though

Good on ya, a newbie who attempts to help himself.

If you come here often, you will see many posts where the poster has obviously not read the guides, has not attempted to search for a previous resolution, and has not taken reasonable steps to try and help themselves

- they just want others to provide a quick & easy solution to a problem they are having (more often than not, self inflicted).

So, the fact that you managed to find the solution to your immediate problem shows that you are one of the small percentage that is willing to put the effort into learning.

So, welcome...

thanks drchips.......was some very dark days there for a while but starting to come a bit clearer now. hopefully i'll spot posts from other newbies that i have the answer for soon and i can help them as you guys have helped me........many thanks again for the encouragement.
