Can I play Gamecube backups on my soft modded Wii?

I did the soft mod on my Wii (Twilight Hack and user WiiGator backup loader) and now I'm interested in backing up my Gamecube games too. Is it possible to play GC backups in my Wii with my current set up or do I need something else?

Nope, at the current time you need a modchip to play backup GC games on the wii.
