i get this error message when i open up iprep...i have no clue whats wrong but it worked 2 days ago... so i'm not sure why it won't work now

Try right-clicking on it and selecting "Run as Administrator".

that used to work but it won't work anymore...i could use iPrep 2 days ago but it stopped working after I did a virus scan

Try using DOSflash32 and Firmtool 1.3 I only use Iprep as a last resort now.
