where to get raw dump 2.0

I was wondering where to download raw dump 2.0. When I google it I find it any where from 315mb to 8.5GB. I don't know which one is the correct one or if anyone knows of a site to get the right one? Do I need to download it off a a torrent site? Also I guess I need .net framework 2.0 also to back up wii games....... Any ideas on where to get that one to??? I really hate being a NEWBIE and not knowing, so maybe I will learn and pass on this great info to another NEWBIE someday!!!!!!!!!

Are you sure you googled it? Because I tried that and the very first result was a download link for it. The very first result. http://www.google.com/search?q=rawdump+2.0

And .net framework 2.0 is downloaded from the microsoft. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...&displaylang=en
