I finally got my game backed up have my backup loader ready and then I got "DVD Read Err (324) no cIOS" from what I have read I dont have
IOS249 v7 installed with the cIOS (the one that has a picture of Sonic) I tried to do that and got an error. So after doing some checking I realized that I didnt have the IOS249 in my WAV folder but the problem is I can't find that IOS249 to put in there. Could someone please tell me where I can find it. I think that is the last step that I need to get going. By the way I do have version 3.4u from what I understand I dont have to downgrade. Please someone help me out here, I've made it this far by reading the threads on here and some help from some great members. Thanks

If you were working from this thread then you should already have all the homebrew apps and cIOS files in the right place.

But since you're on 3.4 you need to follow step 3 that is linked to in that thread to allow the installation of wads and cIOS. Specifically though, you need to install IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad. That's an official IOS version that can still be installed on 3.4. Since its not a custom IOS it wont be blocked. Once you install that you should be able to install the cIOS you need and then run your backup loader.

Unfortunately, since its an official nintendo IOS its copyrighted and I cant give you the link to download it. But I can say that its not too difficult to find if you browse some torrent sites or search google.
