So for the life of me, I can't figure out what is going on. I backed up dead space, but I am just getting random disc read errors (disc is dirty).

It's on a new xbox (with a liteon) so it's not going to be the laser. It's on singapore based verbs, so it's not the media. And i've burned two copies of the game, with two separate burners, and both burns are having issues.

No the discs aren't scratched, I've checked.

I've checked the iso with abgx and it completely checks out. This is the only game I am having the errors with.

Any ideas that I might not be thinking of?

Sounds like you have "GREEN LIGHTS GO" but nothing is working. The only thing I could think of would be maybe a bad download (error occured during download). I would try to download again and reburn but first I would try the disk on a friends 360 to make sure it's a disc problem. It sucks you make coasters because DL Verbs don't buy themselves.

yeah. None of my friends wanted their consoles flashed, so I don't have another one I can test it on right now unfortunately. it did run through abgx, so I would think the file is fine. Eh... oh well I guess...
