This question will seem daft but I have a mkv file that mediainfo lists the video details as:

Format : AVC
Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec
Format profile : High@L3.1
Format settings, CABAC : Yes
Format settings, ReFrames : 5 frames
Muxing mode : Container profile=Unknown@3.1
Codec ID : V_MPEG4/ISO/AVC

So am I right in thinking that the one with the higher bit rate would look better whilst being played via the PS3 on a full Hd TV. AS I can only notice slight differences between them on my monitor, so would the quality difference be noticed whilst being viewed on a full hd tv?
