well i messed up flashing ms ms25 samsung drive and now it reads every disc as a dvd.
i dont have the orig.bin or anyhthing.
is there any website i can go to and download the original ms25 firmware?

well you are probably screwed, as each drive has a 'unique' key. but i believe there are ways of hacking someone else's key to work for yours, but im not sure how its done or if it actually can be done.

If you have the key just try flashing it again with iXtreme 1.5 or whatever.
Just use the new JungleFlasher to add your valid key to the iXtreme FW and flash away.

its the same thing. all your original file is is that string of letters and numbers. just copy it and paste it in a new folder and rename it, just use a original.bin for it instead or original.txt

what? I just was trying to find where I can get a ms25 firmware file. I found one in older 5.0 iextreme firmware but I want a original one. Ok its a ms25 drive in a system with a ms28 motherboard. I tried everything.

Why would you want the original firmware? If you have an ms25 drive in a console which originally had an ms28, and you flash that 25 back to the original, your console will just error out.
That 25 has to be spoofed as a 28. Just use Toolbox and paste your key in to iX 1.5.

ok because spoofing a drive just makes it report as a 25...the dvd rom wont work with 28 firmware. I have tried. and this can be closed I got ms25 firmware. I needed original ms25 so that I could then use that and spoof it as a 28. ms28 makes the drive error also since its a ms25.
