Any way of converting pcm or truehd to dts?

I've been searching in google and yahoo to figure out how to convert pcm and truehd to dts. I'm demuxing the audio using tsmuxer. From what i read it says that eac3to can do it, but gives no explanations on how. Can any of you guys give me a lead on how to do it. Are there any other programs available?

You need an app called Surcode DVD DTS Encoder, eac3to works with it. The conversion takes place through eac3to from command line prompt, eg. 

c:\eac3to.exe c:\audio.pcm c:\audio.dts
Or, use eac3toGUI (with eac3to) if you're not good with command line. The first time you use eac3to you need to configure eac3to's location, do this from "Settings".
