Sometimes A reflash will help-
Just To be sure though, sometimes the reload will wipe channel history so it will be stuck on intall menu or set up
if this is the case to proceed through set up go tell it to search for channels to then it moves to numbers( ie:Channles available) so before you reload make sure connections are good cable in the correct input and the scart is the bottom one

Then go through your av channels on TV

Of course if you got nothing at ths point ( you should have a menu )
then i would check the firmware and reload it

hope this helps

does it just get stuck before it boots every time.

factory reset and try 4.57 from http://eko.4shared.com

if it still doesn't work after that try 8.02 http://www.megaupload.com/?d=PFCZORT9

this is the only place i can find 8.02 and you might have to use a program the link will give you.

if you have trouble let me know and i'll upload it.

if it still doesn't work from there it's not a good sign.
