i made a pandora battery and mms, did update to 3.71 m33 had ofw 3.95
everything went fine all ok's i get the sony computer entertainment logo and than the dasboard comes up but theres no icons at all just the date and time in the right hand corner and than shuts off after a couple of seconds. any ideas

Hi, you have a semi-brick. Formatting Flash1 in recovery will end in you being bricked. Try re-installing the CFW.

sounds like you made the magic memory stick on a psp with a custom theme set when you made the stick would i be correct in saying this ?
if so you will need to get back on to custom firmware with hellcats recovery flasher and whe your psp is working again make the magic memory stick without a custom theme set on the psp and it should work fine :)

thanks for everyones input i have solved my problem i installed 3.71 cfw on a psp phat without downgrading to 1.50 first. Once i downgraded everything went smoothly and my psp is running great with 3.71 m33
