VICE PSP Commodore Emulator Installation?

Being that there is no readme for Vice PSP, where do I place the folders and what kernel do I need to be running? I tried Game 150 and for the "cannot be started" message. I currently am running CFW 5.00 M33-4.

Please, someone let me know. I did a search for Vice and that pulled up all kinds of useless info and the Vice PSP website says Nothing about installing, just how to change settings and so forth.
